Jeffrey Whaley, CPA

Jeffrey Whaley joined Haversine Funding in May 2021 as Chief Financial Officer managing the finance, operations, compliance, and investor relations for the company. Most recently serving as a senior Vice President within the Fund Accounting leadership team at The Goldman Sachs Group, Jeff brings more than two decades of experience in accounting and finance focused within the financial services sector. While at Goldman Sachs, he served as controller for 50 diverse private debt and equity funds within the Merchant Banking Division. Prior to his time at Goldman Sachs, he was the Controller at Vericrest Financial, a fund accounting manager for HBK Capital, and an assistant vice president for the Bear Stearns Companies.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Finance, both from Texas A&M University.
